Private Healing Sessions

Private Sessions with Sofia Chavez-Frederick are offered in Meso-American Massage, Massage, Reiki, Sound and Healing and Aromatherapy.

Sessions begin with a “Plactica” or conversation about what you want to work on. Sofia can recommend which treatments would work best or you may choose them yourself.

Typical sessions last for one to two hours. Prices vary with time but a good rule of thumb is. One treatment modality is $45.00 Two modalities is $60.00 Three modalities is $75.00

SUSTO

Naturally caused illness is treated with herbal medicine, massage, and prayer. Much of this illness is thought to be brought about by intense emotions caused by trauma or a specific event. Susto, for example, or as the allopathic health care community calls it Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, is an illness that is caused by fright. A startling event such as a fire, war, earthquake, rape, abuse, dog attack, car accident, or death may cause the patient to become ill.
